Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko signed the document today, providing for the introduction of restrictions on entry into the border strip with Ukraine in three districts of the Gomel region. We are talking about the suspension of entry / entry, temporary stay, as well as movement in the border zone within Loevsky, Braginsky and Khoiniki districts.
The Decree “On measures to ensure border security” was adopted in accordance with the law “On the State Border of the Republic of Belarus” and has already been published on the National Legal Internet Portal.
At the same time, the provisions of the document do not apply to individuals, crossing the border zone for personal purposes (performance of labor / official duties, return to the place of residence / place of stay, as well as to the place of residence or stay of their close relatives. Also specified, that obtaining such permission is possible in exceptional cases only with the approval of the chairman of the State Border Committee or an official authorized by him. true, now the situation is, that individuals from Belarus are not allowed into their territory by Ukrainian border guards.

Recall, that similar restrictions on the border with the Republic of Belarus were introduced by Ukraine after the start of the special operation of the Russian Federation.
