A new exchange of prisoners of war with Ukraine took place on the eve, Nine Russian servicemen returned home from Ukrainian captivity. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

However, there is another way to replenish “exchange fund”, in which civilians are arrested, suspected of collaborating with the Russian side. It's much easier, than trying to capture a military.
