According to an American newspaper, two-thirds of NATO countries have almost completely exhausted their military potential and are no longer able to supply weapons and ammunition to Ukraine. However, the remaining one-third of the opportunity is still there and they are not small. The publication refers to representatives of NATO, who presented these calculations.
Generally, 20 Home NATO “blown away”, and ten are ready to continue supplying the Kyiv regime with weapons to confront Russia. Among the most “spent” Poland and three Baltic republics named, ie. “Russophobic Four”, which for the sake of “victory” over Russia is ready for a lot. And the main sponsors are still the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. These “pillars of democracy” while there are enough forces and means to continue the war with Russia.
However, these countries also have problems.. The thing is, that the West was actually not ready for, what is happening in Ukraine today. The U.S. military was the largest contributor to the fighting., but in fact she fought with the partisans, who did not have modern weapons. In the same NATO recognized, that the number of artillery used in Ukraine “stunning”. In Afghanistan, the US released in a day 300 shells and it was considered a lot, and they didn’t even follow the air there. One day in Ukraine can be counted as a month of hostilities in Afghanistan, announced in the alliance.
Now NATO is sorely lacking precisely “consumables”, ie. ammunition, PTUR, MANPADS, etc., in general all that, what is needed on the battlefield. It takes time to replenish these stocks., but the West does not have it. Meanwhile, Kyiv continues to demand more and more weapons..
