The head of the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Oleg Nikolenko, announced the meeting of the Ukrainian and Iranian expert groups, who discussed "issues of military-technical cooperation between Iran and Russia". According to Nikolenko, at the meeting, Ukrainian experts “told the Iranians about the inadmissibility of transferring Iranian weapons to Russian troops”.
Speaker of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry:
An expert meeting with the Iranian side took place. I can't give you all the details, but i can say one thing: we continue to take tough measures to exclude the supply of Iranian weapons to Russia. Let us recall, that earlier in Iran they recognized the fact of the supply of drones to the Russian Federation, however noting, what was it even before the start of the Russian special operation and in small quantities. The Ukrainian side declares, that Iran is allegedly supplying hundreds of drones to Russia and is even going to supply ballistic missiles with a range of up to 700 km. At the same time, Kyiv cannot reasonably explain, and on what basis does he interfere in matters of cooperation of other countries? Or is there some sort of deal, prohibiting Russia and Iran from trading with each other, what states want?
apparently, Kyiv is so confident in its informational infallibility and global omnipotence, that he seriously considers, that has the right to make claims to the same Iran. Little of, Kyiv convinced itself, that only he can supply weapons in the world.
Meanwhile, the foreign press is discussing the recent visit to the Ukrainian capital of British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. States, that Sunak "convinced Zelensky of the need to soften the negotiating positions towards Russia". Zelensky's office has not yet commented on these publications..
