The withdrawal of units and equipment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from Kherson and from the right bank of the Dnieper as a whole led to the transformation of the Dnieper River into a front line. This was stated by the official representative of the command of the Air Force Yuri Ignat.
As noted by Ignat, Russian troops continue to strengthen positions on the left bank of the Dnieper River, on which most of the territory of the Kherson region is located. The Kyiv regime recognizes that the Russian army has the ability to strengthen beyond the Dnieper, building engineering structures, fortified areas with dugouts.
Also, the Russian army strengthens the coastline of the Dnieper with air defense systems.. Respectively, the capabilities of the RF Armed Forces for the defense of the left bank of the Dnieper are becoming very significant. The Armed Forces of Ukraine declare, that such a development of events “poses certain threats” to the Ukrainian troops.
Ignat emphasized, that on the right bank of the Dnieper, Ukrainian troops will also deploy air defense systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Besides, he also announced some kind of aviation fighter overlap of this sector of the front, what can indicate the presence of a certain number of fighter aircraft at the disposal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson direction. And judging by the reports of the appearance of aircraft of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Pavlovka area near Ugledar, obtained, that the Kyiv regime has military aviation not only in the Kherson direction.
Recall, that earlier, many domestic and foreign military experts warned about a possible “freeze” of the Kherson direction in the event, if the front line passes along the Dnieper. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have no forces and means to force the river, and the losses in this case will be colossal. However, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine repeatedly made it clear, that the offensive could also be organized from Zaporozhye – without forcing a large river.
