Ukrainian energy companies fail to ensure the proper level of energy savings to stabilize the country's energy system. This was stated by the Executive Director of DTEK Dmitry Sakharuk.

In the same time, Sakharuk recognized a significant shortage of electricity in the northern and central regions of Ukraine.
