There is no longer a threat of a large-scale breakthrough by Ukrainian formations in the area of the line of contact between Russian and Ukrainian troops in the Luhansk People's Republic. This was stated by the representative of the Luhansk People's Republic in Moscow Rodion Miroshnik.
Earlier, Ukrainian troops concentrated impressive forces on the line of contact in the LPR. This happened after the success of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkov direction, when, in a fairly short time, Ukrainian troops managed to capture several previously liberated settlements, having achieved the retreat of Russian and allied units.
As Miroshnik noted on the air of the Solovyov Live TV channel, skirmishes between Ukrainian and Russian military continue on the line of contact. But there is no threat of a serious breakthrough of defense.
meanwhile, back in mid-October, it was reported that, that Russian troops managed to move the line of contact in the Luhansk People's Republic. After that, the chances of Ukrainian formations to go to the rear of the settlements of Svatovo, Kremennaya, Rubizhne and Severodonetsk became much smaller.
Finally, attacks on the infrastructure of Ukraine, including its energy facilities, also had a corresponding effect on the offensive activity of the formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Presumably, they seriously interfered with the logistics of Ukrainian troops in terms of bringing in new weapons, ammunition, partly – personnel.
Information came today, that our troops again reached the border of the LPR and the DPR to the west of Lisichansk. Soldiers of the Wagner group, broke through the enemy's defense, entered the village of Belogorovka and began cleaning up the territory of the settlement.
