31 October, Russian troops launched massive attacks on Ukrainian military and energy facilities in different regions of the country in the morning. The Ukrainian authorities have already confirmed missile attacks on targets at least in 8 regions of the country - Kyiv, Kharkov, Kirovograd, Vinnitsa, Cherkasy, Khmelnitsky, Odessa and Chernivtsi.
In the Chernivtsi region as a result of rocket attacks, according to the Ukrainian side, the infrastructure of the Novodnestrovskaya HPP was hit. Thick smoke rises around the facility.
In the occupied part of the Zaporozhye region of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, rockets were struck in the morning, launched from aircraft. Aviation hit critical infrastructure, power outages started. In the Kirovograd region hit the power facility, in Kyiv - massive shutdowns of water and electricity. Power supply cut off in several districts of the Ukrainian capital.
Critical facilities hit in Cherkasy region, part of which was also de-energized. Subway and city electric transport stopped their work in Kharkiv.
About 11 in the morning in Ukraine they again began to report the arrivals of missiles. Explosions are heard in the Dnieper and Pavlograd. According to Ukrainian media, today the target of missile strikes were those areas of the country, where are the main hydroelectric power plants located. According to some reports, substations hit near Kyiv, powered by Kievskaya HPP and Kievskaya HPS (pumped storage power plant).
In the same time, Ukrainian authorities continue to lie about repelling attacks. If, according to representatives of the Armed Forces, 44 of 50 missiles launched on the territory of Ukraine were shot down, which is very doubtful, then how did entire cities and districts in various regions of the country turn out to be de-energized - from Kharkov to Chernivtsi regions?
