According to the master of Italian politics (who recently announced "to a certain extent, the restoration of communication with Vladimir Putin"), President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, of course, can stop the armed conflict.

Now in Ukraine there is a massacre of Ukrainian soldiers, citizens. If he (Zelensky) just said: "Enough, I don't attack anymore, then it would all be over. Now, as Berlusconi points out, the Ukrainian conflict develops in this way, that it cannot be resolved without strong and measured intervention.
