In the early morning, targets in the territories controlled by the Kyiv regime are attacked. According to recent reports, Loitering ammunition "Geran-2" is actively used. At least two strike drones hit objects in the Kyiv region.
When the Geran-2 drones approached the objects, small arms fire was opened on them. However, Ukrainian military drones failed to hit. Little of, dived one of the loitering ammunition exactly at that object, in the immediate vicinity of which there were Ukrainian military men shooting at the dark sky.
As a result, the object was hit. A big fire started, clouds of black smoke began to rise into the air. This indicates, that the drone could hit either the fuel storage, or on the object of electric power infrastructure.
Recall, that the range of "Gerani-2" – to 2000 km (according to one), to 3000 km (other). The drone is controlled by the operator, which, during the flight of the UAV, by means of cameras with a night vision system, can itself determine the target for striking even at night.
The night before, the Russian drone "Geran-2" hit one of the enemy's targets in the Vinnitsa region. A MiG-29 fighter of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was sent to intercept the drone. As a result, the fighter fell. Named official reason - "technical malfunction".
