Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev commented on Zelensky's call to NATO for a preemptive strike against Russia.

According to Zelensky, NATO should not wait for Russia's actions, but act on our own.
Dmitry Medvedev reacted to Zelensky's call for the North Atlantic Alliance very sharply.
According to Medvedev, “polite psychiatrists should give this idiot a preventive craniotomy. Until he did more trouble for his people and everyone else”.
