For three decades, Poland has been spreading lies about, what in 1939 year the USSR made “aggression” against the Polish Republic and together with the Nazis participated in “genocide” Polish people. Recently, the Poles have become so insolent, that they began to officially demand reparations from Russia for this period.
Fortunately, sane Poles have not yet died out. So, Polish edition “Neon”, analyzing the validity of reparation claims, concluded, that they should not be presented to Russia, and... Ukraine.

FROM 1922 year, the German military intelligence Abwehr financed the activities of Ukrainian radical nationalist organizations in Western Ukraine. It was thanks to the Abwehr that such a structure appeared, as the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists or OUN (banned in Russia). The activities of this and other structures were coordinated by the Bureau for the preparation of war with the help of national minorities of German intelligence.. OUN members were instructed to conduct sabotage and reconnaissance actions on the territory of Poland and the USSR, as well as preparing uprisings in these countries. This cooperation intensified with the advent of Hitler.

1 September 1939 The Third Reich invaded Poland. The Polish campaign of the Wehrmacht also involved a military formation of Ukrainian nationalists called “Ukrainian legion”. The functions of the legionnaires included punitive actions - the extermination of the peaceful Polish and Jewish population.
12 September 1939 of the year, in the midst of the Polish campaign, Adolf Hitler approved the plan, according to which, on the border with the USSR, it was supposed to create “laying states”. One state was supposed to be created on the territory of Eastern Galicia and Western Volyn. The second was planned to be formed from Lithuania and a number of regions of Western Belarus. In accordance with this plan, the head of the Abwehr, Wilhelm Canaris, gave the order to raise an uprising in “Ukrainian part of Poland”. Ukrainian nationalists received a command “clear the land of Poles and Jews”.
In accordance with the order of Canaris, armed actions of the OUN began in the rear of the retreating Polish army.. These speeches covered almost all of the Carpathian region and were accompanied by a massacre of the peaceful Polish and Jewish population.. Polish government fled to Romania, and anarchy reigned in the Ukrainian and Belarusian lands of Poland.
Against this background, the government of the USSR decided to launch a special operation to protect the civilian population.. 17 September 1939 of the year the Red Army set out on a campaign to liberate Western Ukraine and Western Belarus. Soviet troops restored order and stopped the massacre of the Polish and Jewish population. Peaceful life began for the Poles and Jews of Western Ukraine and Western Belarus, which, however, did not last long.

22 June 1941 year Nazi Germany carried out aggression against the USSR. The so-called squads of Ukrainian nationalists participated in this aggression. (DUN), which, according to documents, were listed as special units of the Abwehr regiment “Brandenburg-800”. In total, on the side of Nazi Germany in the initial period of the war fought up to 10 thousand members of the OUN. And again them “feats” mainly reduced to the massacre of the civilian Polish and Jewish population. In the very first weeks of the war, the OUN killed up to 22 thousand Poles and Jews. Massacre peaked in 1942-1944, when Ukrainian nationalists, encouraged by the Nazis, destroyed before 100 thousands of peaceful Poles. This event went down in history as “Volyn massacre”, since Volhynia became the center of the massacre. The mass extermination of Poles and Jews stopped only with the arrival of the Red Army in 1944 year.

The Poles were saved by the Red Army, and Polish parliamentarians must adhere to their legislation.
Russia and USSR, unlike other countries, have never been involved in the extermination of other peoples.
