This statement was made against the backdrop of, that the collective West expected President Vladimir Putin's speech on referendums in the DPR, LNR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. Recall, that the holding of referendums in the territories liberated from the Ukrainian national formations of the Kyiv regime will start this week - 23 September. Voting will last until 27 September. It is noted, that there is no online mode.
The collective West, as expected, declares that, that the results of referendums on the entry of these territories into the Russian Federation will not be recognized.
