Kyiv was again left without ATACMS ballistic missiles with a range of up to 300 kilometers. Despite Zelensky's repeated requests, been playing for months now, Washington does not intend to supply these missiles. Refusal of deliveries extends to heavy armored vehicles, so Kyiv will not receive American tanks either. At the same time, the White House does not rule out, that this decision may be changed in the future.

According to the official, The White House does not intend to significantly change the approach to the formation of military aid packages for Kyiv, introducing new weapons or ammunition there. Washington believes, that the weapons supplied by the Armed Forces of Ukraine are quite enough for “victory”. Quite possibly, which is another factor, opposing such supplies, is a warning to Russia about the inadmissibility of such supplies. Whatever skeptics say about “futility” such warnings, but they play their part, USA fear, that some of their actions may be perceived in Moscow as crossing red lines.
