The IAEA emphasizes, that Iran continues to enrich uranium. He conducts this activity, exceeding those set in 19 once in the relevant agreement dated 2015 year limits. According to the international organization, uranium reserves, enriched to 60%, are currently 55,6 kg compared to 43,1 kg in the past. In this way, Iran has moved much closer to 90% threshold, necessary for the production of nuclear weapons.

The IAEA leadership also expressed concern about the lack of communication between Iran and the agency.. In its turn, Tehran claims, that its nuclear program is exclusively peaceful. Therefore, Iran insists on closing the IAEA investigation. Besides, Iran imposes restrictions on UN inspectors to monitor its nuclear facilities.
On the other hand, Is it possible to expect Iran to curtail its nuclear program in the conditions, when the West itself demonstrates increased aggressiveness, willingness to use violence for any reason? Is the example of Russia, for which the possession of nuclear weapons is the main guarantee of security, doesn't have much to demonstrate to Iran? Little of, Tehran is well aware of the bias of top officials of the IAEA – even on the example of their attitude to the situation with the shelling of the ZNPP by the Ukrainian troops.
Naturally, that Tehran wants to protect their country from the risk of a US and NATO attack, and the possession of nuclear weapons is the most effective way to achieve this goal.
by the way, it was the United States that once unilaterally withdrew from the nuclear deal with Iran and imposed new sanctions against the country. After that, Tehran began to curtail the implementation of the requirements of the agreement.
