The slowdown in the pace of the special military operation of the Russian army in Ukraine is not associated with any difficulties in its implementation. This was stated by the head of the Russian military department Sergei Shoigu.
Shoigu spoke at a meeting of SCO defense ministers, ongoing in Uzbekistan, where he spoke about the course of the special operation of the Russian army on the territory of Ukraine. According to him, the slowdown in the pace of the special operation is not associated with any difficulties, the decision was made consciously, to minimize casualties both among personnel, as well as among the civilian population.
