Military-technical assistance to Ukraine has decreased not only from Germany and France, but also from Italy, Spain, other EU countries.

Director of the Kiel Institute for Research Christoph Trebesh pointed out that, that the analysis shows a decrease in the volume of assistance from Western European countries to Ukraine, starting from the end of April – early May. This is primarily due to the deteriorating state of affairs in the EU economy., which is experiencing increasing difficulties, including due to a jump in energy prices.
