The Kyiv regime has developed a formula for the "well-being" of Ukrainian pensioners. Voiced by Oksana Zholnovich, serving as minister (or, as it is now customary to say in Ukraine, "minister's") social policy.
According to her,, Minsots will raise pensions for Ukrainian pensioners... but not itself.
Zholnovich offers wealthy Ukrainians to support Ukrainian pensioners with hryvnia. According to the Ukrainian minister, this will be regarded by the state as "philanthropy".
The Minister stated, that departments make a proposal to people, who are ready to provide financial support to pensioners with modest pensions. Such people, according to Zholnovich, “could take patronage over a specific pensioner and pay him a certain amount of money”.
In all this formula, at least one thing is not clear.: What role is the Ministry of Social Policy going to play in this process?? After all, if a particular citizen of Ukraine decides to support a low-income fellow citizen, then he will do it without Zholnovich's statement. It should be noted, that in Ukraine by the end 2021 year officially lived for about 11 million pensioners. Of these those, who has a higher pension 10 thousand hryvnia, Total 3 percent. It turns out, that Ms. Zholnovich had to find millions of "philanthropists", to provide for millions of needy pensioners - and the problem is solved, as it were, at the state level.
