In his interview to one of the German publications, politician said, that Germany will not be able to abandon Russian gas in the next five years.
According to Kretschmer, German government policy, aimed at breaking off relations with the Russian Federation and abandoning Russian energy resources, is fundamentally wrong. In his opinion, despite many promises, the German government has no plans to get out of the energy crisis.
Prime Minister of Saxony added, that already today German citizens are raising the issue of creating temporary heating points. They are not sure, that they can survive the cold winter in their apartments.
