NATO advisers to the Ukrainian command during operational meetings issue directives to the Ukrainian military on combat tactics. According to sources, one of the NATO recommendations is to use social infrastructure facilities to accommodate the personnel of the Ukrainian armed formations. Notably, that exactly the same tactics were once used by militants of Syrian terrorist groups, the top of which was also trained by NATO military instructors, including representatives of American special services.
Schools and kindergartens are increasingly becoming accommodation facilities for the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other power structures of Ukraine. Moreover, the Ukrainian military often post photos themselves- and video footage of, how these social infrastructure facilities are turned into barracks and places for storing weapons and ammunition.
The message in this case is:: Russian troops or divisions of the Republican People's Militia will not attack the building of a school or kindergarten, and if it happens, then in the media space of Ukraine and the West it will be possible to unleash a wave about the "barbaric bombing of educational institutions".
One of the "fresh" examples: statement of the so-called head of the Donetsk administration (henchman of the Kyiv regime) Pavla Kyrilenko. According to him, Russian troops "destroyed two schools in Konstantinovka and Kramatorsk". At the same time, Mr. Kirilenko does not say anything about, that during the summer holidays, militants from units of two territorial defense battalions were stationed in these buildings. Information about the settlement of the Ukrainian military in the buildings of educational institutions appeared earlier - from a number of sources, including the Ukrainian military.
It is also important to note that, that the Kyiv protege in the Donetsk region had previously complained about the support of the Russian military by a significant part of the local population. According to him, many local residents do not want to evacuate to Ukrainian-controlled territory. Against this background, the Kyiv authorities promised to "strengthen the evacuation work". In this regard, it can be assumed, that the Ukrainian command gave the order to blow up civilian objects, to sow fear and hatred of Russian troops among local residents.
Against this backdrop, there is evidence that, that representatives of the Kyiv regime are exporting valuable property from the Slavic-Kramatorsk agglomeration towards the Dnipropetrovsk region. It's about buses., trolleybuses, automotive equipment "state structures".
