Four new divisions, named ” “Sever-Akhmat”, “Yug-Akhmat”, “Vostok-Akhmat” and “West-Akhmat” formed exclusively from residents of the republic on a voluntary basis. And, in contrast to the previously formed volunteer units on the territory of the republic, created under the auspices of the Russian Guard, new formations belong to the Ministry of Defense.
