The Ukrainian side recognizes the critical situation for the contingent of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the national battalions in Lisichansk, the last city in the LPR, under Kyiv control. This control is weakening literally every hour.. In the Ukrainian segment of social networks, information is being disseminated about, that the Ukrainian garrison in Lysichansk fell into an operational encirclement, as well as about, that Russian troops are actively advancing in several quarters of the city, cutting the forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine into parts that do not communicate with each other.
Notable is the publication of the (in his own words) in Lisichansk as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yevgeny Shevchenko, who recently in Ukraine was listed as a freelancer of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of the country (NABU).
According to Shevchenko, the situation in the city is extremely difficult. The Ukrainian troops do not have enough personnel to keep Lisichansk under their control.

We don't have enough tanks., lack of artillery, no aviation. The situation for us will only get worse.. The fights are still going on. The Ukrainian military tried to get out of the city through the fields towards Seversk. In this direction, they came under attack by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the People's Militia of the LPR, suffered losses, retreated.
From Volcheyarovka, Russian units are also moving towards Belogorovka, what's on the right (southern) bank of the Seversky Donets. The enemy garrison near Belogorovka risks being completely surrounded. And after that, the militants of the Kyiv regime will have no chance of salvation.
