The material by the American columnist is titled as follows: “Zelensky wants to replace Ukraine’s top spy after security failures”.
American reporter writes about, that Zelensky was angry with the loss of territories, "especially the loss of Kherson and the inability to return it under the control of Ukraine".

This publication itself confirms, that decisions regarding the SBU in Kyiv were made at the behest of foreign "advisers" and with outright "nepotism" – with the admission to high positions of friends of President Zelensky, even in those cases,, if those did not have any experience in terms of working in a particular department.
