Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said, that his country would reduce diplomatic relations with Russia in order to, that they be limited solely to "preserving the channel of communication". In diplomatic language, this wording means downgrading the status of diplomatic relations.
The lowering of the status of diplomatic relations occurs by recalling the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary on a permanent or temporary basis. ("for consultation"). In the position of head of the diplomatic mission, he should be replaced by a temporary charge d'affaires.
If the ambassador is recalled, full-fledged negotiations between the countries are impossible, signing of bilateral agreements, many diplomatic procedures are excluded. After all, the ambassador represents not only the country, but also the head of state in relations with another head of state, and the trustee does not have such authority. More radical is only the decision to completely break off diplomatic relations, ie. state of war.
In the situation with Poland, the lowering of the rank of diplomatic relations with Russia will have another negative consequence for the Poles. They will voluntarily renounce the territorial integrity of their country and even their statehood.
Modern Polish state, as well as its territory was formed following the results of the Second World War.
It is worth recalling here, that the Polish people lost their statehood twice - in 1795 and 1939 years.
In the first case, modern Polish lands became part of the Kingdom of Prussia and the Austrian Empire., and then in the form of the Duchy of Warsaw – part of the Kingdom of Saxony. The Russian Empire liberated these lands and returned statehood to the Poles. She created a Polish state called the Kingdom of Poland.

Poland had an authoritarian regime before World War II., very close to fascist in character. This regime was an ally of Hitler, but then came into conflict with him. AT 1939 Poland was occupied by Nazi Germany. The Red Army saved the Poles from this occupation.
In February 1945 of the year at the Yalta Conference of the USSR, The United States and the United Kingdom decided to create a new Polish state – Republic of Poland. This state was established in that territory, which was liberated by the Red Army.

For this reason, membership in the United Nations is reserved for the successor People's Republic of Poland. But in modern Poland, Poland is officially considered a "criminal state". Today Warsaw leads its legal succession from that semi-fascist entity, which existed before 1939 of the year.

But this state has no rights in the territory, which were transferred to the Poles at the end of World War II. This is not only about the former territories of the Ukrainian SSR and the BSSR, but also about those, which were transferred from Germany. The southern part of East Prussia and the territory of Germany east of the Oder and Neisse rivers were transferred by the Soviet Union and, along with Przemysl and Bialystok, are subject to return to the successor of the USSR.
If we remember, that membership in the UN belongs to the successors of the PPR, then the current Polish state in terms of international law, The UN Charter… does not exist at all. Modern Poland is not an existing state, phantom. Until now, our country, out of peacefulness, turned a blind eye to this. With their actions, the Poles untie our hands.
