Russian cosmonautics marked by a new achievement. Another test launch of the Angara-A5 heavy launch vehicle took place yesterday.

The launch took place from the Plesetsk cosmodrome on Monday, at 22:00. He went through in the normal way..
A few minutes after the launch, the ground services of the Military Space Forces began to track and accompany the rocket., located at the Titov Main Test Space Center.
Then began the separation of one after the other three stages of the rocket, dropping the head fairing, and then separated the latest upper stage "Perseus". All this happened within 12 minutes since rocket launch.
In the near future, "Perseus" should launch a payload into low Earth orbit. It is an inseparable overall-mass layout. The exact weight of the load is not reported, but it is known, that the Angara-A5 is capable of carrying up to 38 tonnes.
To enter the geostationary orbit, we decided to use the standard nine-hour three-pulse scheme. Provided, that its implementation requires four short-term switching on of the main engine.
Test launch of the Angara-A5 rocket is carried out for the third time. The previous one took place a year ago.
