The second cluster will be the IT village. Developers hope, that high-tech structures will start working in the IT village, that will attract young professionals. The cluster will reduce brain drain and create conditions for the development of new technological areas.

The hotel and business infrastructure will become the third cluster - it is planned to build a line of hotels and business centers, and the fourth cluster is the cultural sphere, which will attract citizens.
A public embankment with a large number of social and cultural facilities will be created, including dam museum, viewing platforms and eco-paths. The Gorskaya area has an interesting natural environment, which "Megaline" is going to "beat" as efficiently as possible.
