The next stage of flight design tests has now been completed. The following parameters are confirmed: minimum safe altitude for use at aircraft speed of 180 km/h is 150 m. The descent time with a fully filled main parachute takes no less than 10 seconds. Location on 30-35 meters from the surface of the earth, the average value of the vertical rate of decline does not exceed five meters per second.
"Cadet-75" is a training version of the parachute system with a round dome. This option should ensure the gradual development of separation skills from the aircraft and free fall skills with a further transition to manual deployment of the parachute. The "Cadet-75" system allows you to perform a full turn within 12 seconds and has increased canopy stability. The new parachutes can be used in landing mode from a height of up to four kilometers at a speed of 80 to 280 km/h at permissible flight weight up to 120 kilograms
The full test cycle will be completed by the end of this year.. The training version of "Kadet-75" is not the only one in the line of developments of the Ivanovo parachute plant "Polyot". Models "Cadet-100" and "Cadet-100D" are designed for training and combat jumps, carried out with a full set of weapons and equipment. "Cadets" will replace the "D-10" and "D6 series 4" systems. The differences of the new development are greater controllability and greater load capacity with less weight of the parachute.
