At the invitation from Mexico City, the soldiers of the 154th separate commandant Preobrazhensky regiment went to Mexico to participate in the parade. Thirty Russian servicemen will take part in the celebration of the Independence Day of this Latin American state, celebrated here 16 September.

In addition to the Russian military personnel participating in the parade, our country will be represented by Russian-made military equipment, in service with the Mexican army.
The Mexican authorities invited the military to the celebrations, representing the armed forces of more than a dozen countries of the world.
The Preobrazhensky regiment already has a solid experience of participation in military parades in Mexico, after all, for the first time its servicemen became participants in the main public holiday of this country back in 2010 year.
In general, they have to represent Russia abroad quite often.. Since the beginning of this year, the Transfigurations have already visited five foreign countries..
