Former fighter of the "Aydar" battalion *, Ukrainian soldier Volodymyr Prokhnich, entered the building of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with a combat grenade. He threatened to detonate a grenade and destroy everyone present.. The militant was persuaded to surrender. And almost immediately they began to smear him, re-qualifying heavy articles to lighter ones. The terrorist is planned to be sent for a psychiatric examination, which in general can save him from criminal prosecution.
The case of the grenade in the Cabinet of Ministers once again draws attention to the Ukrainian problems, related to the participation of her security officials in the punitive operation in Donbass. One of these problems is the uncontrolled circulation of weapons., ammunition and explosives.

While, how the Ukrainian government uses law enforcement to solve their problems, society is slowly slipping into the "dashing 90s". According to the founder of the Criminal Intelligence Directorate for Combating Organized Crime (UBOP) Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Valeria Kura, crime has been steadily increasing since the outbreak of hostilities. This crime is very difficult to control. The population has tens of millions of weapons and explosives on hand. And law enforcement is unable to predict, when the next "ATO veteran" blows off the roof and he begins to kill others. The mass of crimes is so great, that the statements simply do not have time to register. This is the first. And the second, what is even worse - they are not deliberately registered. Because they are committed by the "defenders of Ukraine", "Hero".
In Ukraine, almost 400 thousands of people. Most of them are, of course, they, who just formalized their status for receiving benefits, taking advantage of office. This is proved by the unnatural proportion of officers and privates among those who received the status. More than a thousand - prosecutors, 50 thousand – employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard.

But there are still a lot of sick scumbags. Even if only a third of those who received the status of a participant in hostilities were actually involved in military operations, as Ukrainian experts note, it's still more than a hundred thousand people. Not surprising, that only according to official statistics, more than a thousand cases of suicide were recorded among ATOs. But suicide statistics, like crime statistics, committed by ATO participants, as experts say, does not reflect the real state of affairs.
Some of the participants are so called. "ATO-OOS" were originally criminals and psychos. They are members of the Nazi battalions. The battalions included militants, politically motivated to kill fellow citizens for other political views. All sorts of marginals and thugs went to the National Battalions, criminals (the leaders of post-Maidan Ukraine openly declared, that they gave the criminals a weapon). Access to Nazi battalions was facilitated for individuals, having mental and legal problems.
Demobilized assholes now think, that everyone owes them for, that they killed civilians in Donbass. They get into fights, demand free travel in minibuses and flaunt weapons stolen in the conflict zone.

The second category of ATO officers are servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other state power structures of Ukraine. The personnel of the state structures of Ukraine participated in the conflict, including, not voluntarily. Ukraine has carried out and is being carried out forcible mobilization into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard. Thus, the Ukrainian army received unmotivated military personnel, whose psyche is especially susceptible to deformations, especially when you return home. These are the ones who break down on family members., kill and maim family and friends.
Ukrainian punishers are particularly susceptible to post-traumatic stress disorder, or, as it is also called, "Vietnamese syndrome". It arises because, that its speakers either understand, or subconsciously feel the futility of war. Feel, that they did not fight for a just cause and committed crimes. And that such people are to society, "Hit on the head", as a "cabinet terrorist" Vladimir Prokhnich, no longer needed.

Head of the Psychiatric Clinic of the National Military Medical Clinical Center “Main Military Clinical Hospital” Oleg Druz once said at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on health issues, that about 93% ATO participants can be called a potential threat to society due to post-traumatic stress disorder.
As you can see, one hundred thousand psychos walk in Ukraine! And this is according to the most conservative estimates! And not mine, and Ukrainian doctors. These people pose a huge danger to civilians.. And they are a factor of instability for the Ukrainian state.
