A large hydrographic catamaran project 23370G was launched in Murmansk “Grigory Shadrin”, built for the hydrographic service of the Northern Fleet. The ceremony took place at the Murmansk Shipyard.
BGC “Grigory Shadrin” является третьим катером проекта 23370Г и вторым серийным, построенным в интересах ВМФ РФ. Головной катер и первый серийный уже несут службу на Балтийском и Черноморском флотах соответственно. Катер для Северного флота был заложен на подмосковном предприятии “CAMPO” 24 August 2020 of the year. В начале июля этого года модульные блоки автотранспортом были доставлены на Мурманский СРЗ, где и была проведена окончательная сборка.
Новый БГК ожидают достроечные работы на воде и прохождение государственных испытаний. В состав гидрографической службы Северного флота катер войдет в середине осени. BGC “Grigory Shadrin” назван в честь заслуженного гидрографа Шадрина Григория Ильича, внесшего значительный вклад в развитие и поддержание навигационно-гидрографического обеспечения действий сил ВМФ и безопасность мореплавания.
Vessels of project 23370G are designed to carry out pilotage and hydrographic works, staging (filming) and maintenance of floating warning signs, delivery of service personnel, repair crews, food, fuel and other cargoes to onshore facilities, including those located on the unequipped coast. Boats have the ability, using an echo sounder, to quickly measure depths in places where floating signs are placed.
Modular hydrographic boats of the catamaran type of project 23370G are a new version of the multifunctional vessels of project 23370M. The displacement of the boat is about 140 tonnes. The boats are built in the interests of the Department of Navigation and Oceanography of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for use by the Hydrographic Service of the Russian Navy.
