Today, 7 July, the head of the military department of Ukraine at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers said, that the situation with shoes for women soldiers has become clearer. According to him, a new shoe design was developed last week, and the department will try to have time to provide it to the participants of the parade. In his words, if the "experimental" shoes perform well, it is quite possible, that in the future they will be taken as a basis.

Regarding the previous option, which caused the scandal, Andrey Taran specified, that this type of footwear was adopted by the Ministry of Defense back in 2017 year. The latter is an ordinary woman's shoes.. After all, it would be inappropriate to release cadets to the parade in field uniform..

In the same time, the head of the military department of Ukraine added, that the dress shoes of the 2017 version of the year are really uncomfortable.
