In our country, at the national level, Youth Day was recognized as an official holiday. It is celebrated annually 27 June.
It all started when, that the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union set this date as the Day of Soviet Youth. Since then, every last Sunday of June in the USSR, and then in the independent Russian Federation, became known as Youth Day.
