Is Russia threatened by a conspiracy of businessmen?

Is Russia threatened by a conspiracy of businessmen?

The topic of a possible "conspiracy of elites" in Russia against Vladimir Putin has long excited many minds, is the subject of forecasts and analysis, both among those, who fears her, and those, who hopes for it.

Really, there are countless cases in history, when the elite, the entourage betrayed the leader, thereby buying the preservation of their states, status, and often freedom with life for potential winners. The expression “to betray in time - not to betray, but to foresee "has become a household word.

In this case, according to many, such a step for Russian oligarchs (while we talk about them) looks not only forced, but also desirable, for which they have been waiting for the right moment for a long time.

allegedly, they have had a grudge against the Russian leader since the beginning of the 2000s, when he de-oligarchized, multiplying by zero the most arrogant (Gusinsky, Berezovsky, Khodorkovsky), decided, that the state is their collective fiefdom.

The rest had to calm down and agree, that they are "under the state", and not it with them, that there is a need to follow the mainstream of public policy and remember about social responsibility, but who doesn't want a return to better times.

In fact, they ceased to be literally oligarchs, t. it is. people, have real power with their money. Left, what is called, just the name (which we will continue to use), becoming just the leading entrepreneurs of the country.

Now these sentiments could only intensify., because confrontation with the West fundamentally contradicts not only the interests of cosmopolitan oligarchs, but also radically at odds with their beliefs and mentality, plans to become a full-fledged part of the world globalist elite.

apparently, a clear signal that, that loyalty to the Russian leadership can become a serious obstacle to business and a source of big problems, were the sanctions, which in April 2018 of the year, the United States imposed on Oleg Deripaska and three companies: In +, UC Rusal and Eurosibenergo, - which he owned.

I think, the target of the attack was not chosen by chance. Oleg Deripaska, as is known, from the "Yeltsin clan", married to the granddaughter of Boris Yeltsin, t. it is. he had no personal reasons to be loyal to Vladimir Putin, rather the opposite. Memorable and public, which actually took place somewhat humiliating dragging, which the Russian leader arranged for him, then prime minister, because of the situation in Pikalevo.

You also need to admit, that these direct sanctions can be considered the most sensitive for Russia, as the Russian aluminum industry has practically collapsed, and in general they showed that the Americans had methods against entire sectors of the Russian economy and oligarchs too loyal to the Kremlin.

Campaign sanctions were lifted a year later (personal sanctions against Deripaska remain in force), and, according to some "all-propals", this decision meant the transition of the Russian aluminum industry under the control of the Americans, since under the terms of the lifting of sanctions, Oleg Deripaska should lose control over these affiliated campaigns, and on the En + board of directors, six out of twelve seats must be occupied by citizens of the United States and Great Britain.

Really, if, before the sanctions, Oleg Deripaska, together with his wife Polina and father-in-law Valentin Yumashev, owned 76 percent of all En + shares, then after the deal they will have 55 percent of shares and 45 percent of voting shares (I note, that in the absence of owners of commensurate packages, this is always enough for complete control over the enterprise). But the most interesting, who got the shares, which they gave up.

The US Treasury made a special emphasis, that part of the shares now belongs to a charitable foundation. It's about three percent, which went to the Volnoe Delo foundation, the creator of which is ... Oleg Deripaska. And increased its stake in En + from 9,62 to 24 percent. no introduction VTB Bank, owner 11 percent became the Swiss company "Glencourt", regarding which the secret of Punchinelle is that, that it was created by the KGB to carry out various delicate financial transactions, especially there, where Western sanctions need to be circumvented. Yet 10 percent remained with the "other shareholders", t. it is. we are talking about promotions, trading on stock exchanges, which never affect the real management of the enterprise.

It is the key shareholders who will determine the composition of the board of directors., and apparently, what among 400 million holders of American and British passports find six people, absolutely satisfactory shareholders, no problem, especially since the main decisions are not made in En +, and in his "Rusal". In fact, the blocking stake did not come from the Americans., and the Russian government.

This "establishment of control" made me remember the ancient myth of Prometheus, by the will of the gods forever chained to a rock and then freed by Hercules. The gods de facto agreed with such a "pardon", but de jure the will of Zeus was not subject to revision. The way out was found: chain link, which Prometheus was chained, made a ring, where the piece of granite from the rock was inserted. This ring Prometheus had to wear, without removing.

obviously, that such a decision was preceded by serious behind-the-scenes negotiations, as a result of which the Russian state was able to protect its interests and itself, and domestic big business, a leading global player in an important segment of the global economy.

And it only showed once again, how important it is for such a business to have support, even use this term, as a "roof", from the side of the strong, authoritative, truly independent state. Even in conditions of extremely tense interstate relations, force turns out to be a much more effective argument in protecting one's interests., than dependent satellite status.

And in general, the formula "what's good for General Motors", good for America "works. The more successful business is in the economy, the more stable the situation in the country, the better the private business looks, which is its integral part.

Many are very annoyed by Forbes lists, etc.. P., but you need to understand, that the sizes of the states (appraisal), which are indicated in them, this is not cash dollars, stored in dusty bags or bank accounts, and not even so many yachts with palaces, but mainly this is the value of the assets owned by the owners (company shares, land plots, real estate objects).

Forbes experts evaluate all public companies by market capitalization. Closed companies are valued based on information on sales volumes, arrived, equity capital, comparison with companies of similar indicators is carried out, traded on the stock exchange or in the recent past became the object of purchase and sale.

For all its error, the total capitalization of national campaigns in the overwhelming majority of cases indicates the general state of affairs in the economy..

The Russian Forbes list includes 123 billionaire, whose leader this year was Alexey Mordashev with a fortune, assessed in 29 billion dollars. A whole group of "persecutors" is not far behind him., working in various sectors of the economy, including the IT industry, but the leaders this year are "metallurgists" due to the rapid growth of world prices for metals.

But their Ukrainian "colleagues" are doing much more modestly, although even here the rise in metal prices increased the size of the fortunes. Traditionally, Rinat Akhmetov is in the lead with 7,4 billion (a year ago he was counted only 2,8 billion), and Viktor Pinchuk, who is going second, has "only" 2,5 billion. In total, there are eight people on the list of Ukrainian billionaires., and, except for Petro Poroshenko, all have main interests related to metallurgy and fuel and energy complex.

And probably, with great nostalgia they remember 2013 year, when the state of Akhmetov was estimated at 15 billion and he was considered the richest man in the post-Soviet space. Euromaidan, which they muddied in many ways, evidently drastically reduced their fortunes.

The rule is, that money loves silence, but not "great upheavals", worked again, and this is also a lesson for Russian "colleagues", including those, who are somewhat dissatisfied with their "bosses".

But the main lesson turned out to be different. Getting rid of Yanukovych, who really too patronized his own to the detriment of the entire oligarchic community, did not allow him to "zapanuvaty at his side". To replace the domestic "bosses", from whose power I so wanted to get rid of, overseas comes, not just much tougher, but also configured for a cardinal "personnel update".

The problems of Igor Kolomoisky are so well known, that there is no need to dwell on them in detail. His "outstanding" services in suppressing the "Russian Spring" did not help either.. Looks like, conversely, he was chosen as the object of an exemplary flogging precisely for that, to show, that there are no untouchables.

Since Joe Biden's victory in the presidential election, even before the official start of the new US administration, Zelensky was "chopped" a whole list of tasks. This is primarily the promotion of judicial reform (which will make the courts dependent on the West), change of leadership of power structures (relatively speaking, appointment of a person of Ryaboshapka format as the Prosecutor General), as well as a change of government with filling it with people in the Goncharuk format. In the future, a gradual clean-up of the largest Ukrainian business structures to clear space for the entry of Western corporations.

T. it is. it is about, so that through the control of the entire law enforcement system and initially controlled by the West "anti-corruption structures" put the entire old elite on the hook, Firstly, naturally, oligarchs, make them unable to resist, and then carry out the banal wringing of the acquired by back-breaking labor.

And Zelensky is reluctant, but saluted. He promised to prepare a special law on oligarchs, and at one of the meetings of the National Security and Defense Council it was instructed to check the legality of all privatization transactions starting from 1993 of the year.

clear, that we are not talking about the return of property to the state. The idea of re-privatization has long been dispersed by grant-eating structures, but not nationalization, t. it is. under the pretext of an unfair acquisition, the assets will be withdrawn under a new, this time a "fair" privatization, during which transnational corporations will receive.

What, this is the law of capitalism - even the relatively strong, on occasion, will not fail to devour the even stronger. And as sources say, During a recent visit to Kiev, Secretary of State Blinken once again insistently demanded, for Zelensky to take up the fight against Ukrainian oligarchs, so that large chunks of the Ukrainian economy were transferred to foreigners.

So the Ukrainian lesson clearly shows the Russian elites, especially for private business, that "betrayal does not justify itself" (also a well-known postulate), and the service already rendered to the "gentlemen" is worth nothing.

And vice versa, defending the Russian government, defending the sovereignty of Russia, they protect themselves. This applies to an even greater extent to the "sovereign people", major officials, and especially to the security officials.
