The lawyer in an exclusive interview commented on the message of the head of the network of regional headquarters of Navalny, published by him the day before on Twitter.
"Accommodation [swastikas] certainly [punishable], Bushman noted.. - If it appeared on a social network, that is considered a public posting and, certainly, may be regarded as an offense under the terms of this new article".
According to the interlocutor FAN, if someone suddenly wants to publish on their page in a particular social network, for one purpose or another, swastika or any other Nazi symbol, then he will have to cover it up or glue it.
«[Otherwise] this is seen as spreading [Nazi symbols], Bushman explained.. - This is the same, how disinformation. Someone somewhere heard some news, and [some] its publication distributed. In any case, the publication will be responsible for this.”.
13 April Leonid Volkov posted a post on the social network Twitter, where described, what happened earlier in the "headquarters" of Alexei Navalny in Murmansk (spelling and punctuation of the author preserved):
"The guys from the headquarters in Murmansk, finally, they broke off the mounting foam and got to the headquarters. It revealed, that the door was broken (!), cameras are de-energized, and inside like this. That is, it was not only an act of vandalism, but also burglary. Will there be a criminal case? Guess…”
Volkov attached two photos to this post., made indoors. The walls and windows were painted with Nazi swastikas., as well as images of the male genital organ.
