The authorities of the Central African Republic began to prepare the building of the National Assembly for the inauguration of the president long before the celebration, which took place on Tuesday, 30 Martha. “During my first term there was a huge security problem in the country. But great progress has been made in this area.. The armed forces, supported by allies from Russia and Rwanda, continue to fight against militants from the Coalition of Patriots for Change. We will do everything possible, for the national army to cope with the task", President-elect said.
He added, that he intends to pay special attention to the training of new personnel. According to him, young Central Africans must take greater responsibility. Authorities will continue to recruit and train future teachers and health workers.

One of the first to congratulate the CAR leader on the upcoming inauguration was Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. The minister had a telephone conversation with Faustin-Archange Touadéra, to personally convey to him the best wishes in connection with the official assumption of office.
The diplomat also added, that Moscow will continue to assist the efforts of the Central African leadership to stabilize the situation in the country both on a bilateral basis, and as a permanent member of the UN Security Council.

Morning 30 March began with the arrival of high-ranking guests and foreign delegations in Bangui to attend the inauguration ceremony. At the gangways, the guests were met by the Prime Minister of the Republic, Firmen Ngrebada.
The delegation from the Congo was led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic, Jean-Claude Gakosso. The Central African leader managed to hold talks with the Congolese minister. The parties discussed relations between the two countries and socio-political news in the region. According to Gakosso, democratic presidential elections in CAR will be a real milestone in history for the continent.
Cameroonian Prime Minister Joseph Ngyut also arrived in Bangui, head of the Republic of Burundi Evarist Ndayishimie, Prime Minister of Gabon Rose Christian Raponda and other leading African politicians.

The Russian delegation was headed by Russian Ambassador to the African Republic Vladimir Titorenko. As the Central African journalist Fridolen Ngulu noted, the hall in the National Assembly building was especially warmly greeted with applause by three people: the leader of the country, Chairman of the Constitutional Court Daniel Darlan and Russian Ambassador to the Central African Republic Vladimir Titorenko.
Faustin-Archange Touadéra took the oath in the parliament building presided over by the head of the Constitutional Court. In an official speech, the head of state promised to ensure the triumph of the principles of law and justice throughout the country, and avoid the mistakes of the past.
Besides, Central African leader said, that its main focus will be to work towards a more inclusive society and an open economy.
