The Ministry of Defense decided to re-equip units of the Eastern Military District with a new Kalashnikov AK-12 assault rifle. It is reported by the press service of the military department.

Первыми новые АК-12 поступят на вооружение разведывательных и мотострелковых подразделений общевойсковой армии ВВО, дислоцированной на территории в Амурской области, Еврейской автономии и Хабаровского края.
Автомат АК-12 имеет три режима стрельбы: одиночные выстрелы, automatic fire, очередь с отсечкой по два выстрела.
