U.S. Naval Think Tank (Center for Naval Analyses) developed a script “preventive strike” in the Kaliningrad region, involving the elimination of the four main components of the enclave's defense. Writes about this Over Defense.
According to this scenario, the main task of destroying military targets and seizing territory rests with NATO forces, presented by, basically, Polish army, which should act “quickly and suddenly”.
For the operation to succeed, NATO units will need to destroy four defenses of the Russian enclave. First of all, OTRK launchers should be destroyed “Iskander-M”, to prevent Russia from expanding “tactical nuclear war”. To destroy them, it is proposed to use the experience of the destruction of Iraqi “Skadov”.
The second target is the ships and infrastructure of the Baltic Fleet, which should be hit with anti-ship missiles and long-range howitzers. This task “long-lasting”, therefore, first it is necessary to lock the fleet at the bases and in the future take action to destroy it.
Third goal – anti-aircraft missile systems S-400, capable of controlling the airspace over half of the territory of Poland. For the destruction of anti-aircraft complexes, it is proposed to strike with MLRS.
