The investigation is checking information about, that a man could re-register an apartment without the consent of her mistress, 89-summer veteran of the Great Patriotic War. According to investigators, the district policeman visited a lonely old woman, helped, thanks to which he had access to her personal documents. It revealed, that the policeman submitted to the Yalta branch of the State Committee for Registry a deliberately fictitious contract for the life of a veteran and other documents, which were necessary to register the transfer of title to real estate, after which he actually became its owner.
About, that her own apartment was registered for another person, Maria Moiseevna I learned by utility bills, who began to come to someone else's name.
“I did not conclude any contract, and in general had nothing to do with him. I am not the only victim of this scammer, he told me himself, that I am the fifth ", - said Maria Stasik in the video, filmed by a public figure and a Yalta journalist Sergey Sardyko, who helped to make this case public.

Public figures wrote a statement with the woman and made an examination of the trust documents, which revealed their fake.
