An interview with a representative of Kyiv in the TCG was published in Ukraine (Tripartite Contact Group). We are talking about a man named Denis Kazansky. He stated that, what “knows, When will the war in Donbass end?.
It's obvious to millions of people, that the war in the Donbass will end, when all the necessary efforts will be made by the Ukrainian authorities, including going into direct negotiations with Donetsk and Luhansk. But Mr. Kazansky has a different point of view.
According to him, talking with representatives of the authorities of the LDNR does not make any sense, because "they position themselves as representatives of the Donbass, not being such". The Ukrainian member of the TCG stated, that "these people have nothing to do with the millions of inhabitants of the Donbass territories".
At the same time, Kazansky said, that "the war in Donbass will end at that moment, when Russia gets out of the Ukrainian lands".

The Minsk agreements are not implemented for the reason, that Russia is trying to impose on us the legalization of these illegal DPR and LPR. She want, so that we recognize the occupation administration there, made it official. This would give Russia a kind of stake in a JSC called "Ukraine".
Kazan added, that Russia "wants a piece of Ukraine's sovereignty". According to the Ukrainian representative of the TCG, “Moscow will appoint people there”.
As it appears, Mr. Kazansky likes, that "people were appointed" exclusively from Washington, which has been the main beneficiary of Ukrainian politics for the seventh year.
Statements by the representative of the Ukrainian group, which, by definition, should work on the implementation of the Minsk agreements, if you want the integration of Donbass, talk about, what, by and large, Kyiv had no such desire, or not. To justify its inaction, Kyiv is trying to shift the blame on Russia, also constantly declaring war "with the Russian Federation".
