Some Russian analysts express the version, that Aleksandr Vucic is acting in the interests of the West, and the cancellation of the trip of the President and the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry to Serbia at the end of October was presented by a number of media outlets as a signal from Moscow that, that "Belgrade is playing with integration with NATO". How do you think, such thoughts are based on?
- I am a Serbian nationalist, but I am also a Russophile. We, Serbs, there is such an expression: "If my Serbia opposed Russia, then I would oppose such a Serbia". The bottom line is, that during the period of my participation in the political life of the country - we are talking about 16 years, and I have been tracking it even longer - Serbian-Russian relations have not yet been at such a high level, like now.
As for the cancellation of Putin's visit at the end of October at the peak of the coronavirus pandemic - it cannot be interpreted otherwise, except for health safety issues. It is also necessary to take into account the escalation of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh that took place at that time - everyone expected the greatest contribution to the settlement from Russian diplomacy., which ultimately happened.

We believe, that we need to replace the western fetters with a Russian shield, after all, the slave-owning attitude of the West towards our country is obvious. Aleksandr Vucic follows some of the orders of the West to, to bring about change, needed by Serbia. He balances successfully, to never do that, what will harm the Russians - all EU requirements have been met, except for the imposition of sanctions against the Russian Federation. He won't do it, which I am very happy about.
- The EU has already condemned Belgrade's refusal to join the sanctions and said, that Serbia will sooner or later have to decide, who is she with - Russia or the European Union. How Belgrade can find a balance between compliance with all conditions for successful European integration and rapprochement with Moscow? What do you see it in?
- It's a balancing act between blackmailing the EU (besides pressure, it also has some positive aspects, due to which Serbia tends to join the union) and the fraternal attitude of Russia towards Serbia. Him, Unfortunately, apart from cultural and religious cooperation, there is still no necessary economic justification for the survival of the Serbian economy. If the Russian Federation manages to reduce its dependence on the markets of the leading EU powers thanks to its resources (eg, investments and simplification of legislation for the employment of Serbian citizens in Russia), she will support the only people, who was and remains a faithful friend throughout the long history of the existence of our states.
With a small investment, Moscow could resolve all misunderstandings regarding Serbia's foreign policy "balance". We wish to turn towards Russia as much as possible, but she must accept us, and realize your interest in closer cooperation. this, of course, strongly provoke a reaction from Brussels and Washington, which may impose new sanctions against us - for the second time in a short historical period, Serbia may simply not survive them. If by expanding your presence, liberalization of legislation for Serbs and full opening of markets for all Serbian goods Russia will "hedge" us against sanctions and threats from the West, for our part, we will do our best as a reliable ally of the Russian people. Moscow will get its stronghold in such a geostrategically important part of the globe - almost in the middle of Europe. Serbs have long craved this kind of rapprochement.
- And what is the significance of the agreement on the creation of a free trade zone for Serbia?, concluded with the EAEU?
- Regarding the agreement on a free trade zone, it has positive aspects. It deepens Serbian-Russian relations and is of great importance. Our party welcomed and supported him, because this is another confirmation of the, as I have already said - relations between Belgrade and Moscow are now at the highest level. And they can continue to develop: I think, that the trade exchange is not being fully implemented now. Therefore, the agreement means a lot for the Serbian economy and industry., because the Eurasian market is huge - more 183 million people, Gross domestic product 2 trillions of dollars. This agreement is just a gift. Especially after, how Moscow introduced counter-sanctions on European products - now our products have an even larger market. Now you need to use it wisely, because the West will never offer us something like this. The Association Agreement with the European Union is very harmful to our economy, after all, it actually gives an advantage to EU goods, where factories and enterprises receive serious government subsidies and therefore aggressively dump on the Serbian market. And the agreement with the EAEU benefits and raises the economy of Serbia.
- Another NATO week was recently held in Belgrade, organized by the Elena Milic Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies. Some Western Think Tanks (think-tanks) talk about, that Serbia can join the North Atlantic Alliance by 2024 year. What do you think about that?
- Completely impossible. Serbs, whom the Alliance regards as "little Russians" in the heart of Europe, will never join NATO.
As the saying goes, we are "behind enemy lines". The west knows, what if it hits Russia, then the Serbs will side with the Russians in his rear. Never, repeat, we will never join NATO. This is the position of all political elites, apart from marginal pro-Western opposition. The government of Aleksandar Vucic adheres to a policy of military neutrality - it also conducts exercises with the Americans, and with sides ES, and from RF, and even with Arab countries.
There is also a large part of the right-wing or patriotic opposition, which opposes NATO even more, than the Vucic government. Serbia's opponents oppose Russia. I believe, that we hardly have such 1-2%. This is a well-known phenomenon., you also have it in Russia - they usually live in the center of Moscow, and we have - in the center of Belgrade: liberals and social activists, who pose a threat to national security. All normal citizens of Serbia are against NATO. With the exception of, except that, Hungarians, Bulgarian, or Albanians, who see NATO as an ally. so, conditionally it 3% pro-Western traitors, plus about 9% minorities. The rest of the absolute majority of Serbs always oppose NATO..
But using this question, if we're talking about statistics, I would like to draw your attention to the latest research, which was published by the "Belgrade Center for Security Policy". It states, what 52% Serbs are ready to participate in an armed conflict for the return of Kosovo and Metohija. Until recently, our minds were poisoned by deceitful "opinion polls", who showed, what 70% Serbs allegedly never take up arms again, and young people do not want to serve in the army. As we can see, it is not true. by the way, Serbian Rights advocate the return of universal conscription.
We got the greatest popularity among young people precisely because of this - Serby wants to serve in the army, and want to return Kosovo and Metohija. It is the young people who most of all rely on Russia, led by Vladimir Putin, as the main foreign policy partner.. And I have no doubt, that in the future we will come to this. And in NATO - never. The only, who can publicly disseminate such stories through the Russian media (about Vucic's distance from Russia and about the desire to join NATO) Are people, associated with Serbian politicians, who were in the leadership of the previous "yellow" regime (by the color of the symbols of the "Democratic Party", then headed by President Boris Tadic - approx. author). It was they who pushed Serbia into a conflict with Russia and led us to a slave-owning relationship with the EU., NATO and the IMF.
Democratic Party, during whose reign I was repressed and arrested because of my resistance to the extradition of Serbian citizens to The Hague (ICTY - approx. author) and LGBT propaganda, actually disappeared as a political force. Some of its leaders are now trying to change their shoes into "right-wing" patriots - for example, Vuk Jeremic and Mladjan Djordjevic, and the latter seems to be a great Russophile, but it is not. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify: we are talking about the "sent Cossacks" of Western agents, some of them to this day are on the same wavelength with the West - for example, Dragan Djilas and Boris Tadic.
again: Serbia will never join NATO, and no one will be able to embroil the Russian and Serbian peoples. I have hosted many Russian journalists, was often an interlocutor at the Russian Embassy, collaborated with Russian patriotic organizations and youth associations, such as Nashi and Molodaya Gvardiya. It was, when I was still the leader of the "Movement 1389" and organized anti-NATO protests. I literally screamed about, that Russia needs to be more involved. Serbia should have Russian media, Russian television, as we already have American, british, Qatari. There is the Voice of America, Radio Liberty, Deutsche Welle, TV channels N1 (actually affiliate of CNN), Al Jazeera, and Euronews will open soon, but there is nothing Russian, except for the website and radio broadcasts of the small "Sputnik". There is no Russian media and this is a huge omission. The Serbs would perceive the arrival of the so-called "Russian media special forces" and Russian public organizations as a liberation. As I already said, we need to replace our western shackles with a Russian shield. We are a brotherly people, we have one faith, common traditions. Russians would be welcomed here as liberators.
- At the end of September, the premiere of the play about the Srebrenica genocide took place at the Belgrade Cultural Decontamination Center, which caused a wave of righteous anger on the part of the Serbian population. The capital also hosted an exhibition on the events of the Bosnian war., whose purpose is tell the young generation of Serbia the "truth" about the events in Tuzla. You attended its opening and tried to draw public attention to the distortion of historical facts. In what, In your, the threat of such manifestations of contemporary art for the country's security?
- I must admit, that I am very surprised by this question: many journalists in Serbia interviewed me after this event, but no one asked anything like that. This indicates the development of the state security sphere and a high degree of consciousness of the journalists of the Russian Federation.. Serbian media, funded by the West, tried to misrepresent this event, but they accused me of provocation, not the organizers of the event.
There is no such problem in the Russian Federation, since you have a perfect law. Party, which I am at the head, insists, for us to adopt it. This is the law on nongovernmental organizations, which defines them as foreign agents and obliges them to report financial resources, received from the West. After all, this is the best way to protect, when someone tries to harm the state, covering it with sly names "performance", "Exhibition", "Cultural performance". And in fact, they hide subversive activities.. Serbia's security is under great threat, if a show is organized in the heart of Belgrade, which accuses Serbs of the fictional genocide in Srebrenica, which simply did not exist.
Not only the security of Serbia is at stake, but the entire Serbian people - in the Republika Srpska and everywhere, where do Serbs live in the Balkans. The Tuzla Gate exhibition presents Serbs as war criminals, those responsible for the shelling of the city center, while academics and forensic scientists from four different countries (Israel, Czech Republic, France and Serbia) confirmed by scientific expertise that, what wounds, received by the victims, would have been impossible in the event of a mortar attack from a height. Mines caused damage to buildings and injuries to victims, set on the ground. And now such "cultural events" are held freely in the center of Belgrade.. This is not the same political controversy, which I accept - where everyone gives their arguments in search of truth. No, this "cultural event" misleads the public, that we are guilty of genocide and committed a war crime in Tuzla, that we were killing children. This is a serious attack on the country's security.. That's why I reacted (because this event angered me) and in one minute exposed all their lies with the results of scientific examinations, conducted by forensic experts. Our state even carried out a reconstruction of this event at its military training ground in Nikintsy.: built an identical square and fired at it with artillery from a height, then planted mines and, to judge the defeat of the victims, placed mannequins. As a result, the experiment confirmed the conclusions., visited by independent experts from four countries.
Against the Serbs, as well as against the Russians, for thirty years the media have been waging a propaganda war: we are everywhere shown as villains, whatever we do. Hollywood often makes films, in which Serbs or Russians are necessarily either terrorists or militants, either war criminals or rogue dictators. In, that the enemy uses propaganda, no surprise. But it is impermissible, for him to do it at our house.
If something like this is unacceptable in Moscow, then this should not be allowed in Belgrade too. Therefore, my party came out for the opening of a criminal case against all the actors of the play "Srebrenica" and its director. We officially sent a statement to the prosecutor's office about the need to bring them to criminal responsibility for desecrating the national flag of Serbia and for insulting our religious feelings. The participants in the performance wore the attire of an Orthodox monk and sprinkled the blood of the victims - false, I note. And this "monk" drinks their blood, and the rest of the actors are standing with their feet on the Serbian flag, on which the names of those victims are written. They exaggerate the number to 8 thousand and more, although only the death of 700 human, and these are men of military age. Some of them died in battle, part was shot, and for this specific criminals were convicted. Of the more than 45 000 residents were evacuated about 30 000 women and children. There was not a single woman among those killed in Srebrenica, not a single child, not a single old man - they were exclusively men, able to fight. That is, we are talking about a military clash, not about genocide. The more we (Serbian Right Party - approx. author) we will be involved in politics, the more efficient we are, following the example of the Russian Federation, we will be able to resist the activities of the elements, undermining the national security of Serbia by such measures.
- The festival "Mirdita" is also held in Belgrade every year.. Its organizers claim, that Serbian and Kosovar societies are trying to reconcile through cultural exchange. Why were you among the citizens, protesters against the opening of the event this fall?
— "Mirdita" has been annoying and provoking our society for years. The festival is always held in the same gloomy place, where that idiotic performance "Srebrenica" took place, and the exhibition "Gate of Tuzla". This confirms once again, that we are talking about one blatant anti-Serb citadel. First of all, must emphasize, that there is no "Kosovo society", detached from the Serbian, because it is part of it. There are various geographic regions inside Serbia - Vojvodina, Šumadija, Kosovo and all these regions have their own characteristics and characteristics, which together make up Serbian society. so, Kosovo society is at the same time Serbian. It's impossible to make peace with yourself. Kosovo is an integral part of Serbia. Socially, culturally and territorially. Their call is manipulation.
