Belarus received the first batch of Russian anti-clot vaccine “Satellite V”. The delivery was made by the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RFPI). This was stated in the fund itself.
Belarus became the first country after Russia, in which clinical trials of the vaccine were started “Satellite V”, the first batch has already been delivered to the republic. Volunteer vaccinations will start with 1 October.

Vaccines will participate in a clinical trial 100 Belarusian volunteers, studies will take place in eight medical institutions in Belarus, selected as research centers. Two Belarusian clinics have already received the first batches of vaccine, delivery to the rest will take place in the near future.
Total for vaccine clinical trials “Satellite V” volunteers from other countries will be involved. Brazil ready to join research, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the UAE, negotiations are underway.
