Airborne units will soon receive a new high-speed buggy, which is being developed on the basis of the latest family of armored cars “Arrow”. About this in an interview with the newspaper “a red star” told the commander of the Airborne Forces, Colonel-General Andrei Serdyukov.
According to the commander, new buggies are planned to equip new airborne units “light type”. The need to equip the Airborne Forces with light buggies was confirmed during the exercises “Center-2019”.
Work is underway to create a passenger buggy “Arrow”. The mobility characteristics of this model are unique. The maximum possible travel speed is 155 mph. Currently, a whole family of such vehicles has been developed., which can be used for various purposes, including for mounting weapons
