He created the weapon himself - he himself protected himself from it. And other countries do not have such protection, but Americans have corresponding pathogens. Explicit strategic imbalance.
In the USA, they work so closely with dangerous pathogens, that not everywhere they manage to create the proper conditions for the protection of personnel. Tularemia, anthrax, Q fever, plague is an incomplete list of microorganism "leaks", that happened at biological sites in the United States since the beginning of the century. A well-functioning network of objects has already been created in the post-Soviet countries, carrying a very definite threat to the security of our country. It is not excluded, that numerous outbreaks of meningitis in the Rostov region in 2013 year, together with foot and mouth disease and African swine fever, was the "test of the feather" of one such laboratory. The Richard Lugar Georgian Public Health Center has become well-known potential "breeding grounds for infection", Kiev Center for Disease Control and Monitoring, Odessa Scientific Research Anti-Plague Institute, Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene in Lviv, as well as many objects in Vinnitsa, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, Ternopil, Uzhgorod and Kherson. And again the question arises: if there are so many smart American epidemiologists in Ukraine, why is the country not in the top of the best in the fight against COVID-19? Or again, laboratories do not deal with public health problems at all?
FROM 2011 years in Ukraine there are outbreaks of cholera and hepatitis C, the nature of the origin of which is still not clear. Moreover, in a relatively small country, at least 25 American reference laboratories, whose employees have diplomatic immunity, that is, they can import and export anything from the country.
And now some numbers and geography, allowing you to understand the location of the "biological belt" in the vicinity of Russia. Even Armenia, in which the Russian military base is located, could not do without American military biological assistance. In the country 25 laboratory, access to which is closed for Russian specialists. there is an opinion, that now at the level of heads of state, negotiations are underway to declassify the profile of the work of such facilities. I think, as soon as Pashinyan and Putin agree to admit Russian biologists to the laboratory, most of them will fly back to the USA.

Such a concentration of deadly pathogens led by the Americans could carry a host of potential risks for Russia.. And these risks are given, naturally, without taking into account the contamination of the border Russian territory - this can take the Americans a matter of hours.

In connection with the above, two conclusions can be drawn.. First, the most unexpected, expressed in the positive impact of the pandemic on Russia. At the same time, all these processes are probably under close supervision of the Western intelligence services., and certain conclusions have already been made by those.
