The signals of mobile phones from a military facility of the Russian Federation were tracked by scientists from the University of Mississippi, according to their own statements. Correspondents of The Wall Street Journal tried to confirm the information at the Pentagon, but unsuccessfully.

Mississippi State University staff said, that were able to track the signals of cellular, owned by people, located at the training ground of the Russian Navy in Nyonoksa in August 2019 of the year, when there was an emergency situation with an experimental rocket. Farther, according to scientists, these people moved to other objects of the RF Ministry of Defense in different cities.
