According to experts' forecasts, medicine of the future will not work with sick people, but with healthy: i.e. do not treat patients, help them not get sick.
Health is a priority
All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTsIOM) figured out, that over the past ten years in our country the number of people, involved in sports, increased from 9 percent to 25, and the number of adherents of healthy nutrition has increased by 8 percent. There are even fewer smokers: gave up the bad habit 10 percent of Russians.
The survey showed, that millennials (or Generation Y, born with 1981 by 1996 years) lead a healthy lifestyle, buy organic products, condemn bad habits and fast food, more willing to invest in physical and mental health.
At the same time, Generation Z, as it appears, will be more careful, what, naturally, forces the healthcare system to transform. What will these changes be?, The Moscow Innovation Agency decided to find out from experts.
The future is telemedicine
The experts are sure, that telemedicine systems will become popular all over the world after the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection. Doctors will conduct half of medical consultations online, and the volume of the telemedicine market in the Russian Federation will increase by more than 60 time.
“Patients will move away from the habit of one-time visits to hospitals as needed, and thanks to remote services will be able to communicate with the doctor constantly, — noted in the agency. - This will give a breakthrough in several areas at once, such, as mental health or chronic disease management".

According to experts, along with the usual documents, citizens may also receive the so-called immunity passport. It will operate on the same principle., that passport or visa, and its presence may become a prerequisite for entering or leaving the country.
