Armored boats "Berdyansk" and "Akkerman" project 58155 "Gyurza-M" of the Ukrainian Navy arrived at the Nikolaev Shipbuilding Plant for restoration and repair.
Akkerman will be serviced according to schedule. Flaw detection and screw alignment will be carried out, propeller group repair, cleaning and painting the hull and other scheduled work, performed once per 2-3 of the year.
Repair crews will repair damage at Berdyansk, obtained as a result of the use of weapons by Russian border guards during detention during the incident in the Kerch Strait on the border with Russia in 2018 year.
By agreement with the Ukrainian side, the boats were returned to the owner 18 November 2019 of the year.
boat project 58155 "Gyurza-M" are intended for combat service in the coastal sea zone, on rivers and lakes. Have a displacement 50 tonnes, range 700 nautical miles and crew 5 human.
"Berdyansk" and "Ackerman" were laid in 2012 g. and commissioned in 2016 year.
Armament and equipment:
two combat remote-controlled modules BM-5M.01 "Katran-M", each installed 30 mm gun, caliber machine gun 7,62, 30 mm automatic grenade launcher and ATGM “Barrier”;
portable anti-aircraft missile system;
fire control complex "Triada".
Currently, the Ukrainian Navy has 6 armored boats of this type.
Earlier, another border violator in the Kerch region was sent to Nikolaev for repairs – tow “they Kapu”.
