Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, as the press service of the government, signed an order to close the borders of the Russian Federation and stop the work of checkpoints on the border with Belarus.
In addition, the Prime Minister obliged to restrict movement through automobile, railway, walking, river and all mixed border crossings. Dramatic measures were introduced to prevent the penetration of coronavirus infection into the territory of the Russian Federation and entered into force on 30 Martha 2020 of the year.
It is important to note, that limitation, introduced by the government, provides some exceptions for certain categories of citizens: truck drivers of international road traffic and river vessels and trains, diplomats, members of official delegations and people, traveling abroad due to the death of a close relative, as well as residents of the DPR and LPR with Russian passports.

At the same time flights to Prague, Copenhagen, Oslo, Vilnius, Tallinn, To Warsaw, Vein, Zagreb, Sofia, Stockholm, Helsinki, Riga, Budapest, Larnaca, Belgrade, Ljubljana allowed only formally by the Federal Air Transport Agency, but in reality they are not implemented, because in these countries international air traffic is closed.
