Plant "Penzadieselmash" being upgraded, which plan to invest a total of 1,5 billion rubles. The company is part of group of companies "Transmashholding".
About re-plant were discussed at the meeting of the Association of Industrialists of the Penza region, which took place 12 March at the plant. It was attended by the head of the region Ivan Belozertsev.

"Penzadieselmash" For more than half a century, specializing in the production of diesel engines for shunting locomotives. As part of modernization it decided to start the production of diesel engines for the shipbuilding industry, as well as master the overhaul of engines manufactured now.
plant modernization program covers the period from 2018 by 2021 year and provides technical re-equipment of production under federal support. It is planned to reconstruct a few shops, as well as to purchase and install modern high-tech equipment, allowing to make the company more competitive.
Modernization is carried out taking into account the principles of lean manufacturing. It will allow to re-equip the material and technical base of the enterprise and go to a new level.
