A few minutes ago, the judges of the Constitutional Court completed consideration of a package of amendments to the country's Basic Law. Recall, what are we talking about amendments, on which Russian citizens are invited to speak 22 April in "package version" – or yes to all amendments, or "no" – voting on each of the possible innovations is not expected.
A message appeared on the website of the Constitutional Court that, that all the proposed amendments to the Basic Law of the country "do not contradict the Constitution of the country".

The order of entry into force of the article 1 RF law on the amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation “On improving the regulation of certain issues of the organization and functioning of public authorities” complies with the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
Besides:
... provisions of the law of the Russian Federation on the amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation that have not entered into force “On improving the regulation of certain issues of the organization and functioning of public authorities” comply with chapters 1, 2 and 9 Constitution of the Russian Federation.
It should be noted, that the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation considered the document in record time: just a couple of days ago he (he document) was sent for consideration. President of Russia, by addressing the judges of the Constitutional Court, asked those to provide a qualified legal opinion regarding the compliance of the amendments with the Basic Law of the country. And this consideration took place, as it appears, out of turn. Amendments, who are going to introduce into the Basic Law, found "fully compliant".
