US-led international coalition issues official statement after shelling of Taji military camp in Iraq. The coalition has officially confirmed the death of three of its representatives in the attack.
The names of the dead have not been released until their next of kin have been notified.. The statement also says, that twelve people were injured as a result of the shelling. Iraqi law enforcement agencies are currently investigating the incident.. The coalition said, that about eighteen units of 107-mm Katyusha projectiles were fired at the camp. Besides, the police managed to find a truck with guides a few miles from the Taji military camp.
